Silver Fox
I went to my first Richmond Forum on Sunday and was amazed by the lecture given by Anderson Cooper. He was completely modest, funny, engaging, compassionate, intelligent, etc. I could go on and on but if I would recommend reading what this reviewer at Richmond.com outlined about the speech. Also, I just purchased Cooper’s book Dispatches From the Edge: A Memoir of War, Disasters, and Survival. I am anticipating a read about war, the people who survive and those who don’t, and additional stories about the disasters such as Katrina which have occured all over the world through the eyes of someone who relays facts rather than opinions. I will admit that B and I did try to find him at the Jefferson to hug him and tell him how much we enjoyed his words….but after some drinks at Lemaire we decided he was probably on his way back to NYC. Until next time, Anderson Cooper.
